🏃🏽‍♀️Here is what I am currently doing to try to actively pursue the wellness routine that helps me better my mind, body, and spirit. ⛅️I am starting my day earlier. 👏🏽I understand that everyone’s plan is not a one size fits all due to different work schedules, commitments, lifestyles ect... heck, your plan 2 years ago may not fit you now, and this is normal! I am not sure how your fitness/wellness plans are going, but I encourage you to take a moment and think of time frames that can work best for your current season of life. 💭 Something I like to also keep in mind, is stay open minded, stay as consistent as possible, and flexible with your plan. What a promise. His voice is kind, compassionate, and loving amigas. I pray this month you may know His voice, and hear His voice especially during this time of year! During the holidays unwanted comments from family members can be said, or we can speak certain words or statements over our bodies that are not loving (guilty of this some hard days).
