Starting her career in Austin, Texas and later returning to Houston. She has traveled to market in Los Angeles, New York, and Paris for many years while cultivating a loyal following of clients. Jacy Cooper’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to open Stems & Co., a local floral and event planning studio, which later led to her involvement of the conceptual process within Clark Cooper Concepts. Individually, the two sisters, have notably made their mark on the local fashion scene.
