Country Communities

Terry buys tracts of acreage in the country near more prominent cities and installs the infrastructure and landscaping for residential communities. As a result, residents are surrounded by lush rolling terrain and wildlife, running creeks, majestic oaks, bluebonnets, wildflowers, a unique landscape, and a county lifestyle — just far enough away from the busyness of the big city. Visionary and developer Terry Ward started Country Communities in 1999 and is working on his 15th Country Community, The Heart Field at Round Top. Some of Terry’s past communities are Ranches of Doe Run, Meadows of Chappell Hill, Woodland Farms, and Timberlake Village, to name just a few. Connecting nature and neighbors has always been, and will continue to be the goal of all Country Communities by Terry Ward.
