Self Love isn't the easiest in a world where we are conditioned to be martyrs.

Taught selflessness and prioritizing other's needs above our own.

There is nothing wrong with being a good person and loving deeply, but it should never come at the cost of your self and well being.

Instead of feeling guilty, selfish or indulgent in terms of self love and care, try envisioning just how much more meaningful the love you share will be when you know how to love yourself first.

You are able to hold way more space when you leave room for yourself too. I promise!

I'm learning to love myself, and be my own friend.

One of THE HARDEST lessons you will ever have to learn in this life, is the lesson of loving your self.

I'm telling you to be your own damn friend. So much of our overwhelm and anxiety comes from measuring our worth externally.

No one else will ever be able to make you feel truly loved or happy if you don't first find love and happiness within.
