We are looking for qualified candidates with low voltage, fire protection, CCTV installers with excellent communication skills with basic hand tools. This position requires knowledge of single camera surveillance to multi-location security and access control management.

Position: Service Technician

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday - On-call 24/7 (approx. once in a six-week period)

Experience:

⦁Install, troubleshoot, service both Analog and IP camera systems.
⦁Program and troubleshoot DVR’s and NVR’s.
⦁Install, program and troubleshoot access control and security systems.
⦁Service and repair gate operators
⦁Fire experience or license is a plus.
⦁Computer skills a plus.
⦁Has a security license or has a clear background so we can apply for their license.
⦁Needs basic tools.

This will vary on the individual’s skills, abilities, and knowledge of the industry. Company supplies vehicles, cellphone/laptop, and uniforms.

Design/Applications Engineer:

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Summary: Primary role of the Applications Engineer is design equipment to meet customer’s needs and specifications. The position reviews the customer specifications & related documentation & compare it to company standards, using this comparison to provide an effective solution for the customer. You will also assist the estimating & purchasing group in preparing detailed equipment costs. This position will assist the Business Development & Sales departments with customer visits to discuss topics including company product offerings & solutions to customer concerns. You may also perform site visits to evaluate customer needs or to assist in company product installation.

Essential Responsibilities:

*Applies knowledge of design, fabrication, assembly, tooling & material in pressure vessel & structural steel fabrication.
*Select required equipment/products that are best suited for the customer’s needs & application.
*Responsible for all technical aspects of product design & performs drawing review and approval.
*Review customer specifications to ensure all aspects can be met or provide alternate options as warranted.
*Conduct ASME code calculations using Compress for pressure vessels to verify whether the design layout meets ASME Section VIII, Div. I requirements.
*Review and approve application, design, drawings & calculations for company structural equipment including noise abatement, mist elimination, gas deodorization & emission control.
*Review Customer specifications on structural equipment offerings to verify regulatory requirements are met.
*Use engineering knowledge to modify product designs to improve performance & meet specific projects constraints.
*Assist in new product design and R&D efforts by using engineering knowledge & skills.
*Communicate with customers through the Project Manager to ensure proper product selection & design.
*Provide technical support to Sales team and Customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

*BS in Engineering from an accredited University is required.
*Extensive knowledge of manufacturing requirements & fabrication planning.
*Familiarity with industry standard fabrication equipment and practices.
*Familiarity of manufacturing requirements and fabrication planning.
*Knowledgeable of safety, quality & productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
*Effective interpersonal communication, team building, decision-making & people management skills.
*Ability to create accountability & lead by example.
*Strong team building.
*Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings.
Attention to detail & managing of multiple projects.
Able to uphold designs core values.

Physical Requirements and other items to communicate:
