One of my favorite things to make from scratch is fresh pasta. It's four ingredients - flour, eggs, salt, and olive oil. We are having lasagna for dinner tonight. Jared pretty much made the fresh lasagna sheets. I'm also trying something new tonight. We had extra pasta, so it went on top of what would generally be my last layer, and we made a bechamel sauce to finish the lasagna.
