We love spending time with our Soul Connect crew in person!

This month, we enjoyed a spiritual buffet of practices, including a mindful walk through the University of St. Thomas labyrinth, yoga at Menil park, and meditation/journaling at the Rothko chapel.

I left with some big ahas from the experience, and a sense of lightness I hadn’t felt in a while.

At this point, I think we’re all aware of the incredible benefits of meditation…

But there’s a catch: meditation only works if you do it!

And man is it hard to “do it.” Am I right?

There are lots of reasons why so many of us struggle with starting or committing to a meditation practice, especially in our modern world of endless to-do lists and the normalization of mult-tasking! I’ve found that unless someone else can hold the space for me to surrender into the practice consistently, I won’t stick with it.


One of our key intentions for creating Soul Connect was to make meditation magical and manageable for busy people everywhere. In our weekly virtual sessions, we hold the space for you to transcend logical thinking and tap into the Divine wisdom within.

Making friends as an adult can be freaking HARD! We often socialize with people based on life circumstances (kids go to the same school, spouses work together, neighbors) instead of real shared interests.
