4am - Morning Routine
8am - Yoga
11am - Closing for friends and proprietors of & , they allowed us to assist in liquidating a long held, long term rental property, so that they could acquire an amazing new short term rental for their portfolio. So grateful to have the confidence of my fellow entrepreneurs and investors to handle these life wins (This is a thing I do). The sale was a great success, everyone won, over ask, quick close, all that stuff still happened, thank you to the incredibly attentive and smooth operating folks at , ,
12pm- Take pictures of my car parked next to a 997
12:05pm - watch do a little browsing for jacket linings, (I did a little browsing myself;)
12:30pm- Watch eat sandwich from while drinking iced tea and admiring the buzz in the room
1pm - Client Fit Meeting
3pm - Carwash & Calls
4pm - P/U for happy hour
6:30pm - Columbia Alumni Christmas Party w/ , where for the first time after asking me what I’m working on, a person followed up with the question “what would an entry level investment be in your project”?
So grateful for this life and all of you that are a part of it🙏

Grateful for these men in my life. We spent a weekend in prayer and meditation. These fellas are some of the most dynamic men I have ever met, they live life to the fullest and serve others with excellence. I am honored to be a part of this tribe. “Health in the Body, Peace in The Spirit, Love in the Heart”
