Here’s a marketing move most agents completely overlook… Screenshot your compliments.

Any time a client texts you something like:“Thank you for explaining everything so clearly.”“You made this process so easy.”“We’re so excited!”

Take a screenshot and save it in a folder called Client Wins.

Once a month, turn one of those messages into a simple social post or story.

Example:
"This text came in from a client today, and it reminded me why I love what I do."
[Insert screenshot]

You’re not bragging. You’re showing real proof of the experience clients have working with you.

And here’s the interesting part…People trust unscripted moments far more than polished marketing.

Those small messages show future clients what it actually feels like to work with you.

Save this idea… because your best marketing might already be sitting in your text messages.

You put in the work to win your clients, but the relationship shouldn’t end when the keys are handed over. Staying top-of-mind is how you turn happy clients into repeat business and referrals… and it doesn’t have to take hours out of your week.

Here’s a simple game plan:

1️⃣ Surprise and delight moments – Think random coffee delivery, a little gift card, or a handwritten note just because. These unexpected touches are unforgettable.

2️⃣ Neighborhood insider updates – Share updates about their community: new restaurants, parks, events, or local developments. They’ll see you as the go-to local expert.

3️⃣ Interactive check-ins – Send a poll, fun quiz, or “What’s your favorite room in your house now?” email—engage clients and start a conversation.

Small gestures, big impact. Stay present, stay thoughtful, and your clients and referrals will keep coming back.

Follow for more tips to keep your clients happy, your referrals flowing, and your business thriving!

Growth Feels Great… Until the Backend Starts Slipping

Spring market is when business grows fast. More listings. More contracts. More clients. But there’s something most agents don’t realize until they’re deep in it….When volume increases, the first cracks don’t show up in sales. They show up in transaction systems.

Behind the scenes, these are usually the first warning signs:

• deadlines being tracked in multiple places instead of one system
• disclosures getting uploaded late or forgotten entirely
• communication scattered across texts, email, and calls
• documents being requested days… or hours… before closing

None of these feel like major problems at first. They happen slowly as the workload grows. But small process breakdowns during busy season are what create the last-minute fire drills everyone hates.

The agents who handle spring market the best don’t just focus on more deals. They focus on stronger systems for the deals they already have.

A quick question worth asking yourself this week: If your volume doubled tomorrow, would your transaction process still hold up?

Save this as a quick mid-season check-in.
