Role Description:

The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by conducting property tours, preparing and presenting offers, and facilitating negotiations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of the local real estate market, building and nurturing client relationships, and adhering to all legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions. The role requires strong communication skills and a client-focused approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

*Possession of a valid Real Estate License and familiarity with real estate principles and practices
*Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and maintain client relationships
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
*Knowledge of Houston, TX, and its real estate market is a plus.

New Agents Welcome - If you just passed your license exam we are the perfect opportunity for you. Get training directly from the broker. The broker will work closely with agents to help them clarify their goals, sharpen their skills and execute strategies that drive consistent results. Cottage Gate Real Estate Group focuses on long-term success not just short-term wins.

We offer a compensation split of 85/15, personal training by the broker of the company, signs and lockboxes provided, recruiting bonus, production goal benefits. We do not nickel and dime you to death.
