Even chickens need an adrenaline rush every once in while..
There are moments in our lives that we will look back on as monumental moments of our life’s timeline. This right here will be one of those for me.
A couple weeks ago I was honored to get to join two dozen of some of the best keynote speakers in the country in Minneapolis, Minnesota to showcase an extremely shortened version of our keynotes to a room full of a couple hundred conference and convention bookers; representatives from varying sizes of companies and associations to major organizations like the PGA Tour. The event was put on by a very respected speaker’s bureau called Nationally Speaking, Inc. (we will have an extremely exciting announcement coming in the next week or two concerning this).
Each speaker had ten minutes to showcase a short portion of our speech to let them know what we bring to the table if they book us at their event. I was asked to showcase BOTH corporate comedy and keynote speaking. So, I was given an extra five minutes and was put as the lunchtime entertainment/speaker during the lunch break.
I did 6 minutes of standup comedy, then they showed my 4-minute intro video as a transition, and I used the final 5 minutes to showcase my main keynote, Knocked Out But Not Down. This video is a small portion of telling some of the actionable points this particular keynote brings, after spending the previous 3 minutes showcasing my storytelling skills as a part of the keynote.
My calendar has been exploding since, blocking off dates from attendees of this showcase. 2026 is shaping up to be a year full of a lot of fun travel to some really cool places and some really great events. The best part? This is just the beginning!

Today is the day!! I poured so much of myself into this project, and Life Sized Publishing has poured so many resources into it, I can’t wait for y’all to see the finished product!
At noon central time (11 mountain) grab your copy of Knocked Out But Not Down during that first one hour window if you can! The more who buy in that one hour window, the better chance the book has to get on an algorithm of being recommended to avid readers, which gets it noticed to be looked at for a possible best sellers list.
Also if you get the book and like it PLEASE go back to Amazon and leave a good review! Reviews carry just as much weight, if not more, towards being considered for a best sellers list than the actual sales numbers themselves!
