Barefoot Sander

Today is light placement day in the Desk Project
The boxed frame is temporary ( size may change slightly ) , just so i can get an idea of the fit
Underneath the light will be space for a unique decoration of some sort !

Today i had to learn something new , in the art of joinery ( well practice at least 😎)
I was given the Audels Carpentry and Builders Guide by Amy Baker Sanders , printed in 1938
Whilst Youtube would show me , it’s kinda cool to go back in time to detail , written by craftsmen who drafted everything by hand , with hand tools to precision
I don’t have the skills these people have but it’s cool to go old school and figure it out !
