We just returned from a wonderful couple of weeks in Crete. Every visit leaves me in awe of the incredible hospitality, the exceptional food, and the deep pride the people have in their culture and traditions.

And then there’s the scenery. Watching the sun set over the iconic lighthouse of Chania during dinner was one of those moments that reminds you just how breathtaking this island is.

Chania holds a special place in our hearts, as it’s close to where my Papou grew up. Being here always feels like a connection to our family’s roots, and each visit leaves me even more grateful for that bond.
