Threlkeld Racing headed to 105 SpeedWay last night where Chris Russell drove the #99 with the Now600 Ark-La-Tex of Joey and Melissa Bolton Getz.
Chris finished 6th in his heat and 9th in the feature with a field of 23.
Car and driver loaded up all in one piece and smiling…. That was a good night.
We will be out at Gulf Coast Speedway this Saturday with all cars and all drivers so come on out and have some fun!

Some of Saturday’s carnage on the 7R..

Threlkeld Racing recap from Saturday….
Heats- Cody Kokes drove the 83K to the front and won heat #1.
Rylie Yates in the 7R didn’t make the heat due to issues with the fuel pump…
Heat 2- Chris Russell drove the 83 to a second place finish!
Sportsman heat- Chris drove the 99 to a second place finish.
Turf feature- was a Good’en! In the end it was Cody 3rd Chris 4th and Rylie i think 9th. A car in front of Rylie spun out and she had nowhere to go…. Hit him and was unable to finish.
Sportsman feature- Chris brought home 2nd place!
We got us a gremlin or something with the fuel pump on the 7R.. Rylie has not made the heat in the last two races i believe because of it.
So we got some work to do on the 7R: radius rods, axle, shocks, fuel pump, and more… but we will all be back next race! Thanks to everyone who supports Threlkeld Racing and those always there to lend a hand!
