✨RESTAURANT INSPIRED MEAL IDEA✨
Family friendly, restaurant inspired meals are such a great way to cook at home on the weekends! Don’t get me wrong, we love going out to dinner, and once Friday night hits - we start getting the itch to go out to eat - but it’s always nice to be able to cook a restaurant quality meal at home and be able to control all the ingredients in your food. 

We love chicken wings, especially from @bwwings because they cook their wings in beef tallow instead of vegetable seed oils. For this dinner we had grilled pasture raised chicken wings, homemade potato wedges baked in avocado oil, and venison backstrap. My favorite wing flavor is garlic parmesan and it’s incredibly easy to make. I took a few cloves of garlic and minced them into half a cup of Kerrygold butter. I melted those together, tossed with the wings, then topped them with grated Parmesan. Absolutely delish! These spicy potato wedges are a favorite of ours and the recipe is from @thedefineddish. For the back strap, my husband seasoned them with Cajun seasoning, cooked them in bacon fat on a cast iron skillet on the grill, and we drizzled honey on top, and oh my was it tasty!

Here is a restaurant inspired meal idea for all my chicken wings and potato wedge lovers out there! We were really craving Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Stop this weekend, and decided to recreate some of our favorites at home. ✨

It can be really difficult to cook at home on the weekends instead of treating yourself and going out to eat. If you’re trying to eat at home more, finding restaurant inspired meals can be really fun to make. You have full control over your portion sizes and the ingredients in your food, and it can be just as tasty as your favorite restaurant.

Welcome to Primal Glow Health! My name is Casey Ferguson and I am a certified health coach through the Primal Health Coach Institute. I have a passion for helping women, and busy moms just like me, create better habits surrounding diet, exercise, and lifestyle practices that you can be consistent with and that are sustainable long term. My coaching program is designed to help you lose excess body fat, build and maintain muscle, balance your hormones, and regulate blood sugar. This will promote better sleep, more stable mood and energy throughout the day, and help you to better manage your daily stressors to improve all aspects of your health and overall wellness.

I advise and teach the importance of a whole foods diet prioritizing high quality protein to promote fat loss, improve muscle mass, and balance blood sugar so you can feel happy, healthy, and strong every day. You will also learn the importance of exercise, what kinds of exercise works best for you, and how to incorporate the proper amount of rest and recovery to move you toward your goals. For years we have been told to eat less and move more if we want to lose weight, but that doesn’t always work and that method doesn’t always result in long term success. My coaching program is designed to cultivate real, sustainable, and enjoyable lifestyle habit changes that result in long term success.
