We are looking for a FT/PT real estate accountant to join our team! You'll be responsible for keeping our financial records organized, including tracking accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that each account is reconciled correctly. Additionally, this team member will be responsible for all financials up to and including, utility management, monthly expenses, commission disbursements, and reimbursements This is an opportunity to bring order to our growing real estate office and see tangible results from your work on a daily basis! Responsibilities
Prepare routine reconciliations
Coordinate incoming and outgoing payments and reimbursements
Process Payroll using QuickBooks Time
Perform quality control and mitigate business loss
Oversee all AP and AR responsibilities
Produce regular journal entries and post them to the general ledger
Qualifications
Experience in real estate accounting or property accounting preferred
QuickBooks expertise is a MUST!
Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Compensation
$20 - $25 hourly
