-Inspect condition of condenser coils
-Water wash condenser coils
-check voltage and amperage for motors
-check motors for wear and tear
-test compressor start-up capability
-test compressor amp draw
-test capacitors
-check integrity of contactor
-test operation of disconnect
-check integrity of wiring for system
-check service valves for any leakage
-inspect air filters
-test temperature drop
-check operation of thermostat
-check indoor fan
-inspect evaporator coil if accessible
-check drain lines and secondary pan for any clogs and cleanliness
-antibacterial pan tablets
-check integrity of duct system
-inspect indoor air quality if available
