Story time! A few months ago my sweet friend, Christina, recommended me to her mom to find a new home closer to her here in League City. Our search started out in one direction and took a few turns along the way to finding the perfect place for her. Adding into the mix, Donna lived 2 hours away, scheduling times for tours and the holidays were a bit challenging and we did a lot of FaceTime tours 📱 This beauty was one of those we did via FaceTime and were going to go view in person during the Christmas break, but sadly it went under contract before we could get her in to see it in person. But I just knew there was something about it, so I kept in contact with sellers agent and said, PLEASE let me know if anything changes with this one. Well, lo and behold the agent reached out a couple of weeks later and let me know the buyers backed out 😱 We juggled a few things and got that in person showing as soon as we could! It was everything she wanted! Lots of back and forth in negations and we secured this one at a fantastic price for her!! We closed on it for her just before all the crazy ice storm weather rolled through. The sellers needed extra time after closing so they leased back the house for a bit. And now I can officially say she's moved in! I'm so excited for her to be in to her new home and get to learning all of the in's and out's of her new neighborhood! I can't say enough how much it means to me when friends trust me as a referral for the most important people in their lives, with their most important purchase! Thank you again Christina and Donna, I'm beyond happy you are so much closer to each other now 💞🏡
