La dieta planetaria promueve la salud y toma en cuenta la sustentabilidad de los sistemas alimentarios. Algunos consejos de este plan son:

*Consume más alimentos con poco o nulo procesamiento.

*Incluye una variedad de vegetales y frutas en tu alimentación diaria.

*Consume granos enteros o integrales (elote, avena, amaranto, arroz y trigo integral) en vez de granos refinados.

*Las nueces, semillas y leguminosas deben formar parte importante de tu alimentación diaria.

*Come pocas cantidades de pollo, pescado, lácteos y carnes.

*Utiliza aceite vegetal en vez de mantequilla o manteca.

*Mantén al mínimo el consumo de alimentos procesados.
