🐻✨SURPRISE // Some of our favorite surprises on this project were waiting for us outside the building!

First, we were completely honored to discover a custom name plaque featuring STUDIO a28. The owners were kind enough to make us a permanent part of the building, and seeing our name there forever is something we’ll never forget. 🏨

And then there’s Reggie the Bear! 🐻 Bronze Reggie celebrates a real local bear who became an unexpected jobsite celebrity during construction. Early in the project, she would quietly wander into the building, make herself comfortable in the model room, and spend the night sleeping on the bed—without disturbing a single thing. Needless to say, she left quite an impression on the owner and contractor!

From thoughtful tributes to unforgettable stories, it’s details like these that make a project truly special. ✨

🤠YEE HAW // From the Houston Rodeo Cook-Off on Friday to the Riley Green rodeo on Monday, our team had an absolute blast 🔥 Between the BBQ, corndogs, funnel cakes, cold drinks, great music, and nonstop laughs, it was the perfect rodeo “weekend” with the BEST crew — nothing beats good food, boots, and a whole lot of fun together. Already ready for the next rodeo night! 🐎✨
