JOB TITLE: Shop Helper
This company is a metal pipe manufacturer based in Houston, Texas. The company specializes in manufacturing induction pipe bends, butt-weld fittings, and other metal piping parts.
TYPE: Temp to Hire
LOCATION: Houston Tx, 77022
SCHEDULE: Monday through Saturday (7 am - 3:30 pm)
PAY: $15/hr.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up various production equipment including press brakes, drawbench machines, rounding machines, etc.
Move products with the sit-down forklift.
Band and strap finished piping material.
​QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be self-sufficient, reliable, and punctual.
Literate to work with Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in manufacturing, pipe bending, metalwork, etc.
Familiarity with industrial metal manufacturing machines and equipment.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
