It’s a new month and a new quarter! As a former sales manager, I like to review my YTD numbers to my previous year numbers to see if my business is growing, or what areas need improvements.
As a realtor, you are your own boss and it’s important to hold yourself accountable! I just realized that it hasn’t even been a full year since I sold my first house. I had just done leases this time last year.
