Located in Simi Valley (not fictional “Cuesta Verde”), the four-bedroom property sleeps eight guests and includes a skeleton-free pool and hot tub.

Special amenities include “custom curated experiences” like static-lit portraits, movie screenings, and nights that feel “watched.”

The house previously hosted Ghost Adventures and went on the market last year, exciting horror fans who can now conduct their own paranormal investigations in the Freeling family home.
