Dr. Fatimah Lalani and Dr. Arif Rahman will give age-based puberty talks to 4th-9th graders from an Islamic perspective. Separate boys and girls tracks and separate timings for different age groups. Refer to flyer for specific timings.

Join us in coming together as a community for Eid at the end of the blessed month of Ramadan and experience Eid in Jerusalem! All proceeds to the event will be donated to Palestinian relief!

You can explore a recreation of Al Aqsa masjid, shop in a Palestinian themed bazaar, purchase Palestinian foods and treats, visit educational exhibits, participate in interactive art and watch cultural performances. Entry to the event is free but you need to reserve a ticket for every person entering the premises.

There will also be extensive children’s activities including bounce houses, petting zoos, rock wall climbing, arts and crafts, photo booths, bubble crafts, obstacle courses and much, much more! To participate in children’s activities all children 4 and up will need a wrist band. Wrist bands cost $7 each. A family pack of wrist bands can be purchased at a discount of 5 for $30.

Our habits shape who we are. Building healthier habits or breaking free from unhealthy ones can be challenging. In this lecture/discussion, two experienced therapists will guide us on successfully changing our habits. Join us for this exciting event with our amazing speakers!

*Sarah Sultan*
Sarah Sultan is a licensed professional counselor who strives to empower her clients through achieving healthier, more fulfilling lives and relationships while reconnecting with Allah during the healing process. Sarah obtained a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and has practiced therapy for nearly 10 years. She is also an instructor with Mishkah University, where she teaches a course about the intersections between Islam, psychology, and counseling.

*Faizan Majid*
Faizan Majid is a Licensed Professional Counselor. His focus is on assisting his clients with anxiety, depression, and family conflict and his ongoing theoretical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Positive Psychology. He enjoys working with youth initiatives and is now focusing more on mental health initiatives in the Muslim community.

*Sh Abdullah Ashraf*
Shaykh Abdullah graduated with his Bachelors and Masters from the Islamic University of Madinah in Shariah and Comparative Fiqh. He currently serves as the Imam and Religious Director of Masjid El Farouq.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Suhbah Juniors will be hosting an event filled with educational and fun activities for kids 5-12.

Parents frequently find themselves struggling with the complexities and challnges of social media, a challenge that can be extremely frustrating and confusing. We have organized this workshop to provide valuable insights and practical tips, with the hope that they will enhance our interactions with our children, fostering stronger and more meaningful connections inshaAllah.

Ihsan Coaching is an organization that offers modern, goal-oriented coaching services that are grounded in Islamic principles. Their culturally-competent and religiously-informed coaches are licensed, professional therapists that can provide a high-level of support and coaching – all through the lens of Islamic culture.
