At a recent Bisnow’s “Future of Houston Healthcare” conference, Carolyn Wolff Dorros, EVP of Wolff Companies, shared insights on Houston’s healthcare growth and what drives site selection. Over the past two decades, we've sold land to some of the region’s most respected healthcare institutions — including Texas Children’s Hospital and MD Anderson — all of which now operate significant campuses along the I-10 corridor. Most recently, Memorial Hermann joined that list, acquiring land in Beacon Hill, our mixed-use development in Waller County, along the rapidly evolving US 290 Corridor.
