80% of initial AI adoptions fail because most leaders skip the step that actually matters: getting clear and aligned before you integrate anything.

That was my message at The AI Advantage presented by , and what made the conversation so good is what happened after. Every panelist, regardless of background or industry, landed in the same place: none of us have all the answers. And that’s exactly the point.

Here’s what I told that room: before you touch another AI tool, get ruthlessly clear on your competitive advantage. The thing you do that no one else does quite like you. That is your anchor. AI should amplify that, not replace it, and definitely not distract you from it.

The leaders who will win with AI are not the ones who understand every single tool that exists. They’re the ones who stayed in the room, kept asking questions, and built a community of people they actually trust to think it through with them.

AI is loud right now. Everywhere you look, someone is telling you what to do with it. But if you haven’t found your circle of trusted advisors on this topic, that’s the real gap.

Know your edge. Protect it. Then let AI work in service of it.

Grateful to and for building that kind of room and for the invitation to speak into it. More of this in 2026.

There’s something powerful about being spiritually fed in multiple places, but still knowing where you’re rooted.

This past Sunday meant a little more… I got to bring my grandfather with me to church 🥹 and reflect on just how intentional God has been with my journey.

I didn’t grow into my faith just by “going to church.” It was built in my prayer closet. Just me, my Bible, and the Holy Spirit. I was baptized at 8 but at age 16 is when stood firm in the faith. My yes to Jesus has been personal, intentional, and anchored in Him alone.

After college, I spent time at Lakewood church, found community through small groups, and met amazing believers, but my spirit was still hungry. I needed depth.

That’s when I found and everything shifted.

Through his teaching, BibleU, and serving online as a global host at , I didn’t just grow—I became biblically literate. The last 2 years since I’ve been is the most I’ve ever read, interpreted and applied scripture in my entire 34 years of living.

But here’s the truth:
Online covering is powerful… and local community still matters.

Lately, I’ve been consistently attending , and it’s been such a refreshing reminder that we’re not meant to do this walk alone. We are the body.

My journey might look a little unconventional, but that’s okay. God has always called people outside the box to fulfill His purpose. (Whew… if you know, you know 👀)

So let this be your reminder:
Find your church home.
Get planted.
Serve.
Give.
Stay hungry for truth.

Because spiritual growth isn’t about convenience—it’s about commitment.

And we all have a role to play in building the Kingdom 🤍
