This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping service operations running smoothly. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and responding quickly to daily changes in scheduling and customer needs.

The ideal candidate must be able to direct tasks efficiently, stay organized under pressure, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor when communicating with customers and team members. Confidence in communication skills is essential—this role represents the first impression of Generator Service Center to every caller and customer.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and assisting with light fleet tracking. We’re looking for someone proactive, dependable, and adaptable who takes pride in accuracy and communication.
