Birding highlights of our day trip to Lafitte's Cove in Galveston last week.

Visited the Katy Prairie Conservancy to watch Sandhill Cranes come in to roost. There were thousands of birds flying in and calling to each other! It was amazing. Learning what I don't know about low light and long distance photography the hard way. I was able to get a few fun photos to share.
