Want to lose 10-30 pounds before the end of the year. Follow my 2-2-2 method and end the year with a bang!

1. 2 strength training sessions each each. Focus on full body movement.

2. 2 zone 2 cardio sessions each week. Aim for 60 minutes of a brisk walk

3. 2 zone 3 cardio sessions each week. Aim for about 60-75% of max heart rate. Perform about 45-60 minutes each
