After taking a couple of days break I am renergised to take on the year 2021.

And today while I was sipping my afternoon cup of frosted oolong autumn flush (of course from Darjeeling 😍), the first package of my tea supply for this year arrived from India...thanks to my Dad!

And here I am all set to have a wonderful Tea-year with my family and friends.

AlI I could wish for is....

Sunny, cloudy or dark....
Howsoever the year 2021 may unfold...
Hope we all get the strength, compassion and optimism...
To count our blessings and deal with the challenges.

Today, while having my afternoon tea---Assam black tea paired with roasted Peanuts)--- I started watching the recent Amazon Prime movie "Radioactivity" based on Madame Curie's life.
And boy...I finished watching the movie at one go....I am so mersmerized and motivated at the same time by the life of Madame Curie.
I mean almost a century back,a women scientist discovered Radioactivity and finally got awarded two Nobel Prizes even after dealing with a lot of crticism for being a female scientist in a male-dominated scienctific community, had a double-career with Perrie Currie and also managed a family with two kids.
This is simply amazing! .
Have you watched "Radioactivity"? .
I have my views about the issues which a women scientist gets to deal with today, more so being actively associated in the scientific community as a researcher.
What do you think about how life of women in science is different today?
