All Payments need to be made within 12 hours. Unpaid items will be automatically canceled.

Elegant Strands is Not responsible for any damage after the outfit’s has been shipped and or if it was damaged during the shipping.

Elegant Strands won’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipment tracking status is shown to be delivered.

Incase of Lost / Damage our shipping policy covers $100 insurance on all packages in case of damage / lost package after you claim.

If you want your package to be fully covered you can request us to buy insurance at extra charge paid by you.

Elegant Strands is not responsible to cover anything apart from initial $100 coverage provided by the mailing company

You are responsible to file a claim for any lost/stolen or damaged packages!

Shipments will happen for your items within 2 business days of bill being cleared.
