walking or assistance transferring into a manual wheelchair, electric chair or scooter . I assist the patient with standing up with walker or rollator walker. I do light house keeping (wash dishes, vacuum, sweep, laundry etc.) I take vital signs daily and record patient eating habits and bodily functions. I remind patient to take medication. I transport patent to run errands and doctors visit. I encourage and assist patient to be active .
