That does not mean abandoning culture.

I have studied our cultures deeply, and I firmly believe in the authentic cultures of Southern Cameroons. Many of our communities go back more than 1,600 years. There is wisdom in our traditions.

But wisdom must be separated from incompetence.

Some people use fake appeals to age, tribe, and “respect tradition” to silence younger people who are pointing out real constitutional, institutional, and legal problems. That is a disservice to our people.

That mentality destroys societies.

Southern Cameroons cannot be built on silence, fear, tribal loyalty, emotional slogans, or personality worship.

It must be built on competence, institutional clarity, discipline, legal understanding, and shared national purpose.

That is why 1,000 Southern Cameroonians asking 1,000 different questions produces confusion.

But 1,000 Southern Cameroonians asking one disciplined question together creates impact.

And the question is simple:

Where is the legally binding instrument that implemented Resolution 1608 paragraph 5 before October 1, 1961?

Remain focused.

1961:
Where is the union instrument?

1972:
What exactly was dissolved if the union was never legally perfected properly?

1984:
Why did La République du Cameroun officially return to its earlier name?

These are legal and historical questions.

Not emotional attacks.
Not insults.
Not crowds dancing on May 20.

And this is why we must train the next generation differently.

Our children must learn discipline, institutional thinking, competence, legal clarity, and how modern systems actually work.

That is how serious nations are built.

Not through confusion.
Not through noise.
Not through illusion.

Through clarity, structure, discipline, and one focused national question.

If enough people understand that question clearly, it changes the entire conversation forever:

What legal instrument gave legitimacy to the relationship between Southern Cameroons, a former UN Trust Territory, and La République du Cameroun?

That is the question we are asking.

And we must remain disciplined enough to keep asking it.

You cannot hide behind spirituality while refusing to study.

Even the Bible says in Hosea 4:6:
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you…”

So you cannot say, “God will fight for us,” while refusing to read documents, study history, understand law, and build competence.

Faith without discipline becomes confusion.

And this is also why we must reject fake versions of tradition that hide incompetence behind age and status.

Respect is important.
But competence matters.

Today the world is interconnected.

Go into serious companies in America, Europe, or Asia and tell them they must listen to you simply because you are older. Test that idea globally and then come back with the feedback.

Modern societies reward competence, discipline, specialization, accountability, and results.

Some people say:
“I can give birth to someone like you.”

But the fact that you can give birth to a child does not automatically mean you understand institutions better than the child.

Some of you are older than Mark Zuckerberg. Yet billions of people use a system he helped build because competence created value.

This mentality of “listen to me because I am older” may survive inside weak societies, but it collapses quickly in competitive modern systems.

That is why Southern Cameroons must change how it thinks.

Our collective condition reflects our collective thinking.

If we reward noise over competence, slogans over study, and titles over institutions, we will continue reproducing confusion.

But if we reward discipline, legal clarity, competence, and long-term thinking, we can build a functioning modern society.
