Hi My Sweets!
A few days ago I must have thought I was 24 yrs old, because it was cooler I was walking did 4000steps+, the next day did the same but at end of walk I couldn't lift my legs for the pain due to a lactic acid buildup per my MD, other words, I OVER DID IT. I couldn't do anything with out extreme pain in my hip, pelvic area.
DM me for products I used. It took almost a week but today I am out walking. Love Y'all!!
