Congratulations to Romona Green on a solid half marathon performance at the Zydeco Marathon. You are now looking at a 5x Half Marathoner, new Personal Record setter, and a 2x 5K/Half Marathon doubler. After her PR and Houston 5K/Half Double performance at the 2026 Aramco Houston Half Marathon in January, she decided to rewrite the same history by cruising to a 36:00 5k on Saturday and coming back today on Sunday to shatter her previous half marathon best of 3:03:01 by running 3:01:54. This was a 1 minute 7 second improvement from January’s race at Aramco. To do this in just less than 2 months shows how big of an expectation she is setting for our ABSP program. 🎉🔥

Congratulations to Romona Green on a good performance at the Rock n Roll Vegas 10K this past weekend for the series. Romona finished 175th place out of 437 participants for her age bracket. Awesome job. 🎉

Congratulations to Adam Burum and Romona Green on competing at the Houston Hot Chocolate Run for the Hot Chocolate Run Series this past weekend in the cold weather conditions. Adam finished 4th place overall in the 10K race out of 1554 participants and won his age bracket with a time of 36:48 on a 6.37 mile course (35:55 10K conversion). While the course was long, this would’ve marked his 4th time ever breaking the 36 minute barrier. Romona finished 77th in her age bracket out of 735 participants in the 5K race. This was their first race coming off the Aramco Half Marathon and the Chevron Full Marathon. Way to grind it out in tough weather conditions.
