The Port Arthur EDC is proud to announce that the 2026 Scholarship Application is now open.

Graduating seniors who are Port Arthur residents and plan to attend Lamar State College Port Arthur are encouraged to apply. This scholarship supports students pursuing an associate degree in one of the high demand fields listed on the application.
