Zack brings over 16 years of customer service and technical experience, along with a strong background in project development and organization across multiple industries. His dedication to delivering a high-quality customer experience and attention to detail make him a great addition to our team as we continue serving our customers and growing our operations.

Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found at the ballpark with his wife, Stephanie, supporting his stepson, Gavin, as he competes in select baseball.

Originally from Savannah, GA, Ann brings true Southern charm and a strong work ethic to everything she does. She’s been with Pallet Rack Systems since 2012 and has grown into a rock-solid Regional Sales Manager.

When she’s not taking care of customers, you’ll find Ann cheering on her Florida Gators 🐊, watching football all weekend, and hanging out with her Labradoodle, Snoop.
