Today is Self-Care Saturday!!! ✨✨✨One day out of each month I take a break from everything and take time for me—and today is that day! That means having brunch at a new cafe, getting a facial and later I’m going to take a bike ride and get a massage. I encourage everyone to take at least one day out of the month for self-care—especially working moms!!! We spend so much time taking care of our families and it’s really important to take care of yourself in the process—you can’t pour from an empty cup!✨✨✨💯💯💯
