Will be working in the Office of Budget & Finance
Assists department accounting staff in meeting their financial and accounting functional goals.
Maintains financial programs in accordance with established procedures. Analyzes financial statements and reports. Assists in the design and development of financial policies and procedures. Assists department representatives in the review and evaluation of selected financial reports. Performs other duties and special projects as requested. Compiles financial data and prepares work papers, schedules, graphs and charts as required.
KNOWLEDGE: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a closely related field .
EXPERIENCE: One year of professional experience in finance, budget analysis, economics or a closely related field is required.
