We appreciate your interest in Brutal Rust Productions, LLC, Faux Finishes! As a company committed to excellence, we want to address competitive allegations, regarding our product freshness and handling procedures that several of our Valued customers have brought to our attention.
Freshness Guaranteed:
Brutal Rust is always freshly prepared. We batch our products to order, ensuring that you receive the highest quality finishes.
Our commitment to freshness extends to every can of paint, whether it’s for haunted attractions, film sets, or artistic projects.
Tradeshow Exception:
During tradeshows, we make exceptions to our standard batching process. If you place an order at a tradeshow, rest assured that your product will be freshly prepared.
However, if any items remain unsold during the event, we follow a specific protocol.
Post-Tradeshow Handling:
After returning from a tradeshow, any unsold inventory is carefully managed.
Products not shipped for orders placed during the event are shelved for a maximum of 45 days.
After this period, they become part of our personal arsenal for custom builds and set designs. We have used paint as old as 7 years old on our sets and it rusts just like it did, the first day we manufactured it, however, we do understand the value of "fresh" paint.
