Ive decided to stay on this course of blonde because I can genuinely say there’s a 82% chance I wont be blonde again after this era😂

But I will be keeping the locs & when the timings right again— I’ll switch color combo.

Bleach/color does add extra dryness/itchiness of the scalp & combatting that has made for a chore. But I have the loc conditioners & hydrating sprays on deck plus a satin pillow case to combat breakage.

Always consult with your loctician about coloring your locs, especially if youre in this micro/SL community. Newbies under a year/ year in a half—dont even think about it.

But once you hit your stride with ends sealing proper then the convo can occur. I waited 4 years for personal reasons—but my first two years it wasn’t possible due to my locs still going thru the locking process.
Which I hope yall realize at this point starts from within the loc. What you see on the outside means the hairs been doing to work & is ready to show.

So enjoy your journey & maybe play around with hair wax or these filters that add a bit of color. And remember to enjoy it.
