Looking for someone who is available to clean homes in Cypress, Houston DownTown Houston, and Richmond Tx
We're looking for a Caretaker to perform day to day operations before and after guest check in. This include but not limited to items such as leaf blowing, pressure washing, repairs as needed, photo documentation.
You will be required to perform the below...
Taking out trash on Tuesday morning and taking it back Tuesday evening
Fulfilling obligations such as inventory control, inspection reports, documenting time at the property.
Must have basic knowledge of emailing, data entry and General Maintenance
Must be willing to commit to running errands
Must have reliable transportation
Background check required
willing to be flexible on the hours
able to work weekends and holidays
This job takes place in the Paradise Valley area
Reliable hours, strong growth within the company, looking for someone with an open schedule
