This week we received 4, 5-star reviews in 24 hours. It was a special milestone we've been looking forward to. Here is what we've learned about reviews and feedback. Some jobs have 2-star moments and require a deep commitment as a team to double down on efforts to turn a difficult job and/or customer into a win for everyone.

We're already looking forward to 202, 203, and 204.

The most challenging part of business today is finding the right people for the right spots on the team. So we are grateful and ecstatic to welcome two great people to our rapidly growing company. Thomas John Cloud will be a Project Manager and join Juan and David Messa is already working closely with Harrison Swiggart as our newest Estimator. They bring depth of experience, a customer centric approach, and alignment around our culture and core values.

Fellow Scaler Gaurav Aggarwal highlighted his recent explosive growth by describing it as increasing his surface area of luck. "Luck" is the word that's easy to get hung up on, but in reality, it simply means great outcomes follow effective communication and purposeful action.

In October of last year, without knowing it under this framework, we made two big bets: we decided to completely upend our messaging and branding via Good Agency while bringing in a President, Chris Harrington, to overhaul our systems and develop our team to ensure we would be capable of handling the growth well. We're still a work in progress, but ultimately our customers and community have hopefully been the "luckiest" winners.

Every time we layer in a new process, we ask ourselves: does this create value for us and the customer and is it repeatable? We aspire to be great - over and over again. And even when we're less than that - stuff does happen - we're developing consistent ways of recovering well.

There are many stakeholders at times involved in the work we do: owners, real estate professionals, HOA's, Inspectors, etc. KRJ Management, Inc. is one of those groups, so we are very appreciative of the tough job they have and professional way they do it.

We are grateful for the country we have to privilege to work and live in and for those who willingly paid the ultimate price for that freedom. This weekend, as a veteran owned business, we salute you and your families. Thank you!
