How to prepare pineapple
- Cut the top off.
- Cut the bottom off
- Set the pineapple vertically and cut the outer skin off.
- Cut it into quarters, lengthwise
- Trim out the inner core from each section. Use it in smoothies
- Cut each section in half
- Now slice across into bite-sized pieces

🥗 Think a satisfying salad has to be complicated? This one comes together with ingredients I almost always have on hand.
Leafy greens, sliced turkey, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, broccoli, olives, a sprinkle of cheese, and whatever fresh vegetables are in the refrigerator. Nothing fancy—just real food that keeps me full and makes healthy eating feel easy.
The best meals don’t have to follow a recipe. Start with a good base, add a lean protein, toss in plenty of vegetables, and use what you already have.
