Starting October 1st, I will be offering 4 classes per week
Monday: Rest and Restore 7pm
Tuesday: Wake up Yoga 7am
Wednesday: Kundalini 7pm
Thursday: Chair yoga 7am
These classes will be available via Zoom only
Self Investment $5 per class

Once again the weather outside is frightful
Vinyasa flow this morning at 930am will be by zoom only.
Stay warm, stay cozy enjoy yoga with the kiddos and/or fur babies.
