Phew.....! Down to the last container of elderberries to process. It's taken an entire month to forage & process 20+ lbs. If you know anything about processing elderberries then you know 20 lbs is A LOT of processing & dedication. A lot of late nights after work & dinner & laundry only to sit down & work on these lil' berries of pure gold/medicine. I'll be making syrups, tinctures, vinegars, etc in the near future for the upcoming ailments winter has to throw @ us.

Next on the agenda,....juniper berries.

FINALLY got the taters down(the rain tho'!!)....& while the organic chicken roasted in the oven, fresh herbs & forage on the medicinal drying rack:
-Speedwell
-Blue Sage (native)
-Russian Sage (2 varieties)
-Yarrow
-Lavender
-Purslane
-Bee Balm
-Golden Groundsel(native)
-Ginko Biloboa
-Dandelion Root

It's gonna be a beautiful summer.
