Our management structure provides a cost-effective infrastructure that allows the volunteer leaders the opportunity to focus on the organization's mission. We understand that communication is critical in any partnership and with that, we assign each organization an Account Manager who serves as the primary liaison between the volunteer board and the Prime Management Services staff that provides services to the organization. As a smaller association management firm, Prime Management Services is able to devote greater percentages of our time to develop solutions specific to each organization we serve while simultaneously providing regular feedback and suggestions to the organization's board of directors on how we can assist in meeting the organization's goals.
