Manpower is looking for people in Gardendale for a short term assignment assisting in closing down a retail store. Different shifts available. Pay rate is $10.00 per hour. Manpower is currently seeking an Operations Specialist/Group Leader for our client in Vance, AL. This individual will be responsible for an entire department within one of the business units. Primary measures of performance will be customer service, on-time delivery, lead times, and operational costs, degree of associate involvement, safety, quality, and housekeeping. Main areas of responsibility are management of all direct and indirect reports assigned. Develop team leaders and team members. Interface with other departments. Responsibility will include eliminating waste and improving operations excellence.

Must have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a team environment.

Project Management is preferred.

Bachelor's Degree is preferred but an Associates Degree or equivalent experience in a similar environment will be accepted.

Pay is DOE. $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year.
