Another bathroom remodel underway in Bluff Park! 🔨
For this project, the homeowner wanted a more functional and accessible bathroom, so we’re transforming the layout to maximize space and storage. The old tub/shower combo is being replaced with a larger walk-in shower that’s easier to enter and exit, complete with a corner bench and smart valve placement so you don’t get sprayed turning it on.
We’re also adding a linen storage closet, a wall-to-wall vanity with better drawer access, and a space-saving barn door to make moving between the bedroom and bathroom easier. The finishing touches will include updated paint, cabinetry, and a refreshed modern look.

Full renovation at 419 Exeter Drive in Birmingham — designed for better flow, function, and flexibility.
We reworked the layout to open the main living spaces, added a butler’s pantry, laundry room with sink, and a true guest half bath. Upstairs includes a custom walk-in closet and a redesigned bath with double vanity, private toilet room, oversized smart-control shower, porcelain tile floors, and timeless zellige-style tile.
The lower level was refreshed with a full kitchen and separate entrances. Finished with Viking appliances, stone countertops, and sand & finished hardwoods throughout.
