If I was to summarize February... fast & furious!

Does anyone else feel like they blinked and it went from February 1st to March 1st?!

We started the month with a spontaneous adult only birthday ski trip 🙌, then quickly got thrown into SOOOO much real estate busyness, elementary school craziness for our older two, sickness from the one year old that traveled through everyone in the family, and then to top it all off sport tournament weekends started up too! 😅

Side note - but with the mild winter weather this month did one else in the South notice that the wasps are already back out? 🫨

Anyway! Cheers to February and all its real estate wins ...may the force be with us as we really enter into the Spring competition season of Alabama’s real estate market!
